Doggy Day Care (30 lbs and under)

Enrollment Requirements and Policies

Thank you for enrolling your pet(s) in our Doggy Day Care Program! For the safety of your pet(s), other pets, and our technicians, all pet owners must present verifiable proof of current vaccinations and preventative programs:

• DHPP and Rabies Vaccines (puppies must be current on age-appropriate vaccines)
• Veterinarian appropriate Bordetella/Kennel Cough Vaccines (6 month or annual)
• Currently on Heartworm Preventative and Flea/Tick Treatment Plan
• All dogs over the age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered

The above verifiable documents must be supplied before your pet(s) can be enrolled in our Doggy Day Care Program. Your vet can fax them to us at 770-486-8773.

Doggy Spa Care Requirements & Policies

• In order to avoid contamination of the Day Care facilities, all pets must be free of external parasites (fleas or ticks) upon check in.
• Pets must weigh 30 pounds or less as our facility is not designed for larger pets.
• We encourage you to leave your pet(s) with a comfortable reminder of home (toys, blanket, etc) to further reduce separation anxiety while away from their home, however we cannot be responsible if they get soiled, damaged or lost.
• Unless otherwise specifically requested, Taylor's Barkery treats will be provided to all pets during their stay.
• All pets will be taken individually outside, on a leash, for potty breaks 3 times a day.
• Unless specifically requested, we will not feed your dog during the course of the day while in Doggy Day Care. However, if your pet(s) have special dietary needs, please discuss this with our staff at the time of check in. In these cases, we ask that you provide your pet(s) regular dietary food.
• Reservations are required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees.
