Dear New Clients, For the protection of your pet, other pet clients and our staff, it is the policy of Beau Tye’s Pet Spa, LLC that all pet clients be current on the following vaccines for any Spa or Doggie Spa Care (daycare) services: · Rabies (within previous 12 months, 2 or 3 years, which ever your veterinarian provides)) · Distemper (DHPP) (within previous 12 months or 2 years, which ever your veterinarian provides) · Veterinarian appropriate Bordatella/Kennel Cough Vaccine (6 month or annual) Puppy clients must be current on age-appropriate vaccines All pet clients must currently be on a Flea & Tick preventative treatment plan Pet clients over the age of 7 months who are also interested in our Doggie Spa Care (daycare) services must also be either spayed or neutered. Copies of these current vaccinations must be provided to us for our records before any Spa Services or Doggie Spa Care (daycare) services can be rendered. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as the safety of your pet, other pet clients and our staff is of top priority to us!
